The Production Manager’s primary responsibility is to maintain the reliable and efficient operation of manufacturing processes, which entails overseeing production processes, organizing production schedules, evaluating project and resource needs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet business requirements.

Facilitate cross-functional communication among relevant departments to swiftly and effectively resolve issues, ensuring satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and delegate work assignments to accommodate departmental schedules and optimize manpower and equipment utilization.
Work closely with the QA department to ensure production of high quality standards products.
Ensure the factory infrastructure is well-maintained and that all systems operate smoothly and consistently.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Team Management Experience: A proven track record in team management, with the ability to lead, solve employee relations issues that may arise and nurture a team.
Prior experience within the functional ingredients, aroma & flavors, food and beverage, pharmaceutical industries is essential.
A bachelor’s degree in life science, food technology, and/or industrial engineering – mandatory.
Strong technical skills.
High standards of working according to protocols.
Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey ideas clearly.
Strong technical background in operating and maintaining manufacturing infrastructure.
