Luteolin – Flavonoid Profile
Named after the reseda luteola plant from which it is derived, Luteolin is also found in herbs and green vegetables such as broccoli and celery. A vast amount of research on Luteolin has been conducted and there are current efforts underway to uncover more of its therapeutic capabilities. To date, Luteolin has been linked to antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer properties and can be helpful in reducing the risk and extent of cardiovascular conditions
